To all of our out-of-state friends and Rainbow family, this page will have all the appropriate forms you need in order to register for Grand Assembly.
The “History in the Making” 99th Session of the Oklahoma Grand Assembly will be held on the campus of The University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma, on May 27-29, 2023. Our session will be for three (3) days. It will start at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 27, 2023, and will end with the Installation of 2022-2023 Grand Officers and Grand Appointments on Monday afternoon, May 29, 2023.
